Welcome to Oakland Health Plan

The Adult Benefit Waiver (ABW) program is a health plan for individuals. This plan is not a service of the Oakland County government, but is offered by Oakland Health Plan, a not-for-profit organization.

This program is only available during open enrollment periods determined by the state of Michigan. Contact your local Department of Human Services (DHS) office. It covers visits to an assigned Primary Care Physician (PCP), referrals to specialists, referrals for outpatient diagnostic services and procedures and prescription drugs

All CVS Minute Clinics accept Oakland Health Plan for visits.
